Pharmacy Director jobs in Missouri
Pharmacy Director directs, establishes, and plans the overall policies and goals for a hospital or healthcare facility's pharmacy services. Maintains contact with other department heads, medical staff, and nursing staff to determine needs, resolve problems, improve processes, and promote effective drug therapy. Being a Pharmacy Director requires a bachelor's degree in pharmacy. Typically requires Registered Pharmacist (RPh). Additionally, Pharmacy Director typically reports to a top management. The Pharmacy Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Pharmacy Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. What You Will Get To Do: Lead a group of U.S.-based manual and automation SQA Engineers that are contributors across multiple Product teams. Work with each Product team to identify current challenges and opportunities for improving software quality and customer satisfaction. Serve as advocate and influencer across organizational leadership to promote adoption and adherence to quality best practices, and prioritization and commitment to automated testing across product teams. Represent Product teams working with IT and DevOps teams in the planning, design, maintenance, implementation, and accessibility of physical and virtual automation frameworks and infrastructure for testing activities. Ability to monitor and use key quality measures in order to appraise and continually enhance testing and test approach. Work with multiple technologies and understand the value of test automation.
