The Administrator is accountable for the overall supervision of the facility. Analyzes nursing and other services affecting the quality of resident and patient care. Oversees procedures that encourage maximization of staff skills. Defines the duties of nursing services that are consistent with good administrative techniques and ensure the accomplishment of facility goals and objectives. Works under administrative direction, exercising initiative and independent judgment and decision making.
