PC Support Manager manages a team that provides personal computer deployment and support, including setup, installation, repairs, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting. Maintains the necessary hardware and software inventory and oversees the administration of required licenses. Being a PC Support Manager analyzes PC resource requirements and evaluates available vendors, products, and services that will meet the organization's needs. Implements training programs and develops documentation to support end-users. Additionally, PC Support Manager possesses experience in a LAN environment, a strong understanding of PC operating systems, security tools, and extensive knowledge of all commonly used PC software and products. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The PC Support Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Summary of Position
The District Manager provides leadership and direction to all staff in a district (case specialists, clerical, supervisors, and attorney staff) in order to ensure individual, district, and project goals are met and that child support cases proceed through the child support processes timely, accurately, and with excellent customer service. The District Manager will work closely and take direction from a Project Manager, a Regional Manager or both. Follows all YoungWilliams and State policies and procedures.
Essential Job Requirements
Required Education
Bachelor’s in a related field (i.e., Criminal Justice, Human Services, Psychology) or equivalent work experience on a year for year basis.
Required Experience
Two years supervisory experience or experience in a leadership capacity, and child support experience preferred
