PC Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Resolves internal user problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers. Being a PC Maintenance Technician maintains parts inventory and logs all service/repair activity. May perform system setups for new hires. Additionally, PC Maintenance Technician may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or supervisor. The PC Maintenance Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Timber Lane Allergy & Asthma Associates is seeking an experienced Clinical Lab Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hard working, organized, detail oriented, a team player and have exceptional time management skills. Prior healthcare experience working in a clinic or hospital desirable.. Compensation is based upon a candidate's work qualifications/experience. At this time we do not offer health insurance. This position is in our immunotherapy lab where we provide patients with allergy shots.

4 days per week, Monday- Thursday (7:30am –430/5pm)
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Entering data into electronic medical record system
o Teaching patients correct technique for medication administration: inhalers, nebulizers, nasal sprays, eye drops, self-administered medication auto-injectors, and peak flow meters
o Writing and transmitting electronic prescriptions as directed by physicians
o Filling out lab requisitions
o Contacting patients to review lab work results
o Maintaining adequate supplies of testing materials
o Triaging phone calls and answering nursing phone messages
o Obtaining prior authorizations for some medications
