DESCRIPTION

Towork collaboratively with the team of payroll advisers processingpayrolls for clients keeping accurate employee records and handlinggeneral office administration.

Assist the Payroll Manager to ensurethe efficient running of the team supporting the development andimplementation of robust systems and processes providing payrolladvice and support to existing and prospectiveclients.

MAINJOB SPECIFIC DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES :

Payroll

Manage an allocated portfolio of payroll clients working within ateam to meet deadlines and ensure the accurate and efficientrunning of monthly weekly 2 weekly and 4 weekly payruns.

Ensure the internal payrollsystem (LENNY) is accurate and up to date across all clientrecords.

Liaise with clients viatelephone and email providing advice and guidance on all mattersrelating to payroll.

Remaincompetent with HMRC guidance and updates and where necessary liaisewith HRMC on behalf ofclients.

PayrollAdministration

Printing and scanning ofdocumentation including issuing of payslips P45 s & P60s.

Uploading of monthly pensioncontributions via online providerportals.

Processing BACspayments.

NewBusiness

Attend allocated newbusiness client meetings either via telephoneor

face to face working towardsagreed annualtargets.

Support other team membersduring periods of absence.

Maintain level of skills and competencies required to carry out therole.

Any other appropriateduties that may be required to undertake therole.
