Position Highlights
- Position: Patient Navigator
- Location: Warrenville, IL
- Part Time
- Hours: 2 days a week on either M, Wed or Fri- 8:4:30pm & every other weekend
What You Will Need
Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:- Basic computer knowledge that included Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain information as highly confidential
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and willingness to seek supervision
- Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of three years of experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Behavioral Health related field
- Minimum of one year of previous experience in healthcare or in a behavioral healthcare setting
- Crisis line or crisis intervention experience
- Substantial knowledge base of insurance plans such as Commercial, Managed Care and capitated plans, Medicare, Medicaid and Workers Compensation
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification within 90 days of start date into position
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association within 90 days of start date into position
