Job Overview:
We are seeking an Appointment Generator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments through warm calling and outbound calling efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calls to potential clients to generate interest and set appointments
- Utilize sales techniques to engage prospects and convert leads into appointments
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or outbound calling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Excellent communication skills to market services and engage with potential clients
- Proficiency in using CRM software to track leads and appointments
