Responsibilities
Manage client care plans.
Coordinate with medical professionals and families.
Supervise care schedules to ensure quality standards.
Resolve client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
Participate in a weekly On-Call rotation.
Supervise, schedule, and mentor the caregiver team.
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA rules.
Requirements
Proven experience in In-Home Care Management or a similar role
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Word and Excel
Resilient and adaptive to a dynamic work environment
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
