Overview:
We are seeking a Pastor Assistant to join our church staff. As the Pastoral Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping the leadership of our congregation. This is a paid position.

Responsibilities:
- Support scheduling, calendaring, correspondence, email management of the Pastor and the Associate Pastor
- Manage pastoral tasks via calendar and texts
- Order lunch for Pastor as needed
- Provide ParishSoft support for the capital campaign
- Support capital campaign with registrations, events, etc.
- Field phone calls related to campaign
- Prepare mailings for campaign
- Assist with coordination of volunteers for campaign
- Set-up space for campaign meetings/events

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in event planning and organizing church activities
- Knowledge of and excellent facility with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others

- College degree or the equivalent in work experience

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people
