Being a Pastor supervises church staff and associated administrative businesses to ensure operational needs are met. Associate Pastors will be classified as full-time, tax-exempt employees. The benefits offered will be consistent with the current policy, paid time off (PTO) and holidays. This is a minimum 40 hour per week position. The Administrative Council will provide a legal employment contract for all Associate Pastors.
