We’re currently looking for outgoing, friendly, customer-service-focused Parking Ambassadors at our parking facility at the Stowe Mountain ski resort to work 30-35 hours each week. This role is charged with supporting parking operations and creating a world-class customer experience for our guests.

Here’s what we’re looking for:- Independent, pro-active, problem-solver.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Focused, organized, flexible, and detail-oriented.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in all weather conditions.
- Proficient with Office, web-based applications, mobile apps, smartphone technology.
- One year of customer service experience is required.
- High school degree required.

- Manage and resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of your assigned facilities.
Schedule:
Seasonal ski season positions working weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays, with additional weekday hours also available. Mid-November 2023 through mid-April 2024.
