As a Palletizer Operator at CUSA ENTERPRISES LLC, you will play a crucial role in our production process by ensuring products are efficiently and accurately packed onto pallets for shipment. Your primary responsibilities will include operating palletizing equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Operate palletizing machinery to stack and arrange products on pallets.
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal operation.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
• Wrap and secure pallets to prepare them for shipment.
• Maintain accurate records of production and report any discrepancies.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of palletizing equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the production team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot palletizing machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50).
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
