Painter - Accountabilities- Assist in the preparation of apartments to be painted after residents move out.
- Paint apartments including walls, trim and doors as per assigned schedule.
- Other functions as assigned by Unit Turn Supervisor.

- Physical requirements- able to lift up to 50 lb. constantly
- General painting experience is required.
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of safety practices related to painting.
- Valid Driver's License is required to complete the essential functions of the position (completing painting jobs at different Tzadik properties).
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Salary/Wage
The salary range for the painter position is $16.00 hr.- $22.00 hr., full time nonexempt.
