Express Employment has partnered up with a local manufacturer in the greater Forest Lake area to add a new Painter to their team!! You do not want to miss out on this incredible opportunity!!!

 The Painter will apply the base and clear coats to the apparatus. They will sand out imperfections before paint application. The Painter will tape, mask, and apply plastic cover to body and cab openings before coating. Also, they will prepare the truck for buffing station to streamline the process and maintain efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have previous automotive experience working with a variety of engines, be a reliable employee, exhibit teamwork, and add value to our organization.  

 
Pay: $26 DOE

Schedule: Tues - Friday 6am-430pm with occasional OT on if needed
 

Responsibilities:
 

1. Applies the base and clear coats to the apparatus.
2. Sands out imperfections before paint application.
3. Tapes, masks, and applies plastic cover to body and cab openings before coating.
4. Prepares the truck for buffing station to streamline the process and maintain efficiency.
5. Utilizes pressure pot, sander, and sprayer efficiently to complete tasks.
6. Maintenance on paint equipment and oversee bake booth.
7. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the organization and our members

 Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. 2 years in autobody/industrial work force required.
3. 4 years in autobody/industrial work force preferred.
4. Ability to read a tape measure accurately and precisely.
5. Ability to identify quality issues and recognize changes within one’s production process and make the needed adjustments.
6. Able to read and work from blueprints/spec book.
7. Able to follow written and verbal directions and do so with a positive attitude.
