Customer Service Account Representative

Day Shift: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide effective customer service for all external and internal customers by utilizing knowledge of company products and programs.

 Partners with sales team to provide customers quality service.

 Talks with customers by phone and e-mail concerning orders, modifications to orders, returns, shipments and products.

 Enters customer information and specifications into computer software.

 Maintains all customer master files.

 Addresses customer issues to ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.

 Organizes and files for easy access.

 Confers with sales, production, product development, pre-press, shipping, quality, estimating and warehouse in meeting customer requirements.

 Must comply with all company policies, follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to job function.

Knowledge / Skills:

 High School diploma or general education degree (GED).

 Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

 Ability to work independently from general instructions.

 Computer experience required.

 Mathematical skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

 Professional ethics including telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills.

 Understanding of customer relations, time management, problem resolution theories and techniques.

 Knowledge of basic printing production and job flow.
