Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective customer service for all external and internal customers by utilizing knowledge of company products and programs.
Partners with sales team to provide customers quality service.
Talks with customers by phone and e-mail concerning orders, modifications to orders, returns, shipments and products.
Enters customer information and specifications into computer software.
Maintains all customer master files.
Addresses customer issues to ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
Organizes and files for easy access.
Confers with sales, production, product development, pre-press, shipping, quality, estimating and warehouse in meeting customer requirements.
Must comply with all company policies, follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to job function.
Knowledge / Skills:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently from general instructions.
Computer experience required.
Mathematical skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Professional ethics including telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
Understanding of customer relations, time management, problem resolution theories and techniques.
Knowledge of basic printing production and job flow.
