Professional Land Surveyor Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage field crews in conjunction with the project manager to ensure compliance with Oklahoma minimum standards and project requirements.
• Conduct legal and record research and analysis as necessary to support survey projects.
• Review survey data meticulously, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and standards. • Perform thorough quality control checks of surveys and sign off on them as required.
• Actively participate in weekly project meetings, providing valuable insights and updates.
• Provide technical office support to crew chiefs and drafters.
Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee administrative tasks related to office management, including but not limited to scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication.
• Manage office staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure efficient office operations and a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with leadership on office needs and address any issues that may arise in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
• Must hold a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Oklahoma.
• Preferred experience with Civil 3D or ORD software.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting land surveys, both in the field and in an office setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and sit for extended periods.
• Possession of a clean driving record and the ability to pass required drug tests
