Outpatient Surgery Director creates, directs, and implements the policies and procedures for the outpatient surgical function. Ensures a high level of quality care and services for patients by coordinating and communicating operational procedures to staff and physicians. Being an Outpatient Surgery Director monitors, evaluates, and modifies programs while adhering to company guidelines and standards. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Outpatient Surgery Director typically reports to top management. The Outpatient Surgery Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. MAIN FUNCTION
The Director of Business Development is responsible for the growth of increased revenues for all facilities within assigned territory. This is accomplished by the successful execution of identifying and recruiting physicians to bring their surgical cases to our Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). Director of Business development is also responsible for identifying and executing on facility level service line growth strategies by identifying new types of cases and recruiting physicians to perform those cases at our facilities. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for executing on facility and market level growth objectives and budgetary goals.
Must reside in Milwaukee, WI and travel regularly to cover market/territory. Travel to outside assigned market as needed.
