When you are part of our team, you know what connected feels like. #WhatConnectsYou Job Description Customer Service: Greet customer/client upon entering TSF Accurately and effectively assist customers/clients in resolving financial issues/problems Financial: Receives and processes customer/client payments Record payments into database Clerical: Answers and screens telephone calls Directs incoming/outgoing calls to appropriate parties or takes messages Efficiently sort, distribute, and process incoming/outgoing mail Performs other duties as assigned while demonstrating a willingness, ability, and team spirit to provide optimal customer satisfaction Reporting/Recordkeeping: Prepares and executes appropriate legal documents as directed Prepare and document customer/client payment plan(s) Education: Attends, demonstrates and participates in required in-services, performance improvement activities (Excels, etc.) and other educational programs Regulation : Adheres to NMHS/NMMC Policies/Procedures/Guidelines Complies with appropriate Local/State/Federal policies/procedures/guideline/regulations/laws/statues Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; required Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical receivable recovery environment; required Good problem-solving and communication (written and verbal) skills; required Working knowledge of basic computer hardware/software and office equipment; required Knowledge of basic mathematical skills; required Excellent interpersonal skills; required
