Organizational Development Manager manages all aspects of organizational development. Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Community Manager to oversee the operations and managementat one of our new 100 unit properties! .As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial performance.
Duties:
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy rates, rental income, and overall property value
- Oversee leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, screening potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations.
- Manage tenant relations by addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and maintaining positive relationships
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to budgetary constraints
- Monitor financial performance by preparing budgets, analyzing variances, and implementing cost-saving measures
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and vendor contracts
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
- Excellent negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Experience in facilities management is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
