The University of Iowa Center for Advancement is seeking an Organizational Development Program Manager to join the Talent Management team. This individual is responsible for creating, leading, supporting and measuring organizational development programs including career coaching and development, leadership development and consulting, inclusion and belonging, team effectiveness and performance. Reports to the Vice President, Talent Management.
• Leads the design, development, implementation, management and evaluation of programs, and strategies tailored to meet organizational development needs and program goals.
• Sponsors and collaborates with the internal inclusion committee.
• Develops proactive strategies and relationships to attract, retain, and develop a pipeline of qualified, diverse talent.
• Manages financial expenditures for organizational development.
• Establishes and reports on achievement of established goals.
• Manages and facilitates the career development process.
• Provides consultative services and resources to business units and colleagues as needed.
• Consults & partners with the business to conduct needs analyses that accurately diagnoses situations, identifies desired business impacts and performance/skill gaps, gain relevant insights, and collaboratively develop appropriate solutions that address the challenge or opportunity.
• Designs and develops holistic learning solutions that achieve agreed upon results and expectations from the business, which may include formal learning content, performance supports tools/job aids, training materials, skill development activities, relevant process improvements, or other items that help achieve desired results.
• Plans and leads strategic planning and annual goal setting for organizational development and inclusion programs.
