Must Haves:
1.Database Administrator with experience in creating, managing and monitoring highly transactional Production OLTP Oracle and MySQL / AWS Aurora databases and exposure to AWS Cloud ecosystem.
2.Deep knowledge of Oracle database internals and exceptional performance tuning skills.
3.Should be comfortable with database, object, instance and SQL level tuning.
4.Very good experience with PL/SQL procedures and triggers and shell scripting.
5.Experience using Oracle Golden Gate in homogeneous and heterogenous setup and Big Data adapters.
6.Experience with employing Oracle Golden Gate CDR techniques and proficient with Oracle Datapump features.
7.Capable to analyze and perform DB Change requests ensuring 100% database availability.
8.Experience in upgrading Oracle databases and migrating from Oracle to MySQL / AWS Aurora .
Nice to have:
1. Capable of installing and configuring OLTP databases from ground zero.
2. Exposure to various AWS services such as ec2, Kinesis, MSK, DMS, s3.
3. General understanding and implementation of networking concepts.
