The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, financial acumen, and a passion for providing quality care to residents. The position reports director to the facility owner.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the nursing home facility, including staff supervision, resident care, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws governing nursing home operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management for the facility.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Uphold resident rights and advocate for their needs within the facility.
Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a nursing home setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Knowledge of home community care, social work, and operations management.
- Current NHA License
