Oversees the design and implementation of curriculums to train and update skills and knowledge of in-service nurses. Being a Nursing Education Director evaluates the department's performance and ensures that all federal and state regulatory requirements are met. Requires a master's degree in nursing. Additionally, Nursing Education Director requires Registered Nurse (RN) License. Typically reports to senior management. The Nursing Education Director manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Nursing Education Director typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. - Enrollment.

- Social Media Platforms.
- Team Building.
- Staff Meetings.
- Staffing.
- Curriculums.
- Employee annual Reviews.
- Following all NJ licensing regulations.
- Grow NJ Kids Initiative.
- Implement Procare technology programs (will be trained if no experience).
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- Must create a warm and welcoming environment for students, families and staff.
- Promoting a sense of community is a must, along with being a true leader.
- Prior childcare management experience with knowledge of NJ licensing regulations.
- The candidate must possess strong communication skills. Being able to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Experience on social media platforms. (Cloud Campaign, Instagram, FB)
- Experience with Procare is a plus.
Requirements:- Bachelor's /Associates Degree in Early Education or something similar.
- Ability to help lead a team.
- Passion for the early education of young children.
- Experience in lesson planning/curriculums.
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast- paced environment.
- Candidate must have a strong work ethic and is driven.
- Two year minimum of assistant management experience in early education.
