Organizes recruitment for the Nursing Departments. Recruits, interviews and screens job applicants to fill existing health system nursing department job openings. Responsible for advertising and job postings. As required, serves as health system representative at job fairs/hiring events. Maintains employee confidentiality. Regarding patient health information, has access to demographics, billing, and limited clinical data relevant to the current encounter. Must be available for all other duties assigned.
