Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care jobs in Nebraska
Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care works in collaboration with physicians to manage care for patients in an urgent care setting. Orders, interprets, and records results of clinical tests and reports results to physicians. Being a Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment. Requires a master's degree. Additionally, Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care requires Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP). Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. You will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat illnesses, manage chronic conditions, and promote overall wellness.
Education and Experience:
- Must hold current and valid Nebraska state licensure (APRN)
- Must hold current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Must have at least one year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting, urgent care, or emergency department
Compensation/Benefits:
- $10K SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES!!!
- Full-Time positions starting at $75 per hour, based upon experience
- Part-Time positions starting at $60 per hour, based upon experience
- 401K option with employer match.
