Nuclear Pharmacist jobs in Wyoming
Nuclear Pharmacist under the direction of a physician, compounds and dispenses radiopharmaceutical drugs to medical care providers. Responsible for procuring, compounding, dispensing, and distributing radiopharmaceuticals. Being a Nuclear Pharmacist analyzes drugs for verification of identity and strength. Must have completed a program in nuclear pharmacy. Additionally, Nuclear Pharmacist may require an advanced degree of pharmacy. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Requires license to practice. Nuclear Pharmacist's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement. Qualifications- Minimum of 24 months’ experience in pharmacy practice assignments
- Must have and maintain a valid pharmacist license and be in good standing
- New graduates must obtain a license issued by a board of pharmacy to practice medicine within 12 months of commissioning
- Normal color vision
- Completion of Officer Training School course
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 42
