New Policy Coordinator processes incoming applications for new and renewing policies to include changes/updates according to company guidelines for group health, dental and/or life policies. Responsibilities include reviewing and screening requests, calculating new premiums, issuing new policies and associated documentation. Being a New Policy Coordinator serves assigned accounts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues of concern. Requires an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, New Policy Coordinator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The New Policy Coordinator possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. The MAR Outreach and Admissions Coordinator is responsible for screening, scheduling, and intake of new patients into the Medication Assisted Recovery Program.
Working closely with local referral sources including Fayette County Detention Center, DCBS, START Team, New Vista Pregnancy and Addiction Network, Drug Court, treatment centers, hospitals, primary care facilities the MAR Outreach and Admissions Coordinator is responsible for increasing new patient access into the not working on admissions, this position is also responsible for general outpatient clinical work and will carry a caseload of patients based on the need of the program.
In collaboration with a treatment team, provide services including but not limited to : crisis intervention and risk assessment;
treatment planning and on-going assessment; client education; individual, family, group and collateral therapy and referral and advocacy.
Caseloads may include diverse populations with a variety of clinical needs. The Outpatient Clinician is a positive team player that promotes a culture of inclusion and participation.
Required Education and Experience
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or closely related field;
license as required by Kentucky professional boards and billing sources
