The Compliance and Policy Management  coordinator provides staff education, ongoing monitoring of changes with corporate compliance requirements and routine management of the electronic policy management program.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Plans, directs and coordinates the Compliance Program to minimize risk, provide ongoing education for staff.  
• Monitors for compliance management issues, conducts analysis when necessary, and assists staff with investigation of compliance issues.
• Assists with oversight of the Compliance program, the written compliance plan and annual evaluation of the plan’s effectiveness
• Ensures that all required elements of a compliance program are addressed.
• Supports and coordinates the policy management program   
• Ensures that confidentiality is provided by the Policy Management and Compliance Program.
• Develops policies and procedures to establish guidelines for the organization, based on program management guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned.
