Network Operations Manager manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Manager provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Manager leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Network Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Network Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Summary

    Responsible for every aspect of the store operation, which includes: selecting, coaching and developing store teammates as well as merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services.

    Pay Range: $53,550.00 - $100,800.00

    • Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors
    • Payroll, budgets and store goals
    • Responsible for record keeping and relevant financial information
    • Manage, schedule and assign staff according to their skill level
    • Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with new developments in the automotive service industry
    • Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Preferred Qualifications: 2 year college degree or equivalent


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Demonstrated success in retail sales management
    • Problem solving as it relates to customer complaints
    • Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and ongoing merchandising displays
    • Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty
    • Teammate and customer communication skills
    • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
    • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles
    • Must have completed all current and required Firestone Complete Auto Care education courses & modules required for this position
