Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Traffic Controller to join our team in managing traffic flow and ensuring safety at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience working in construction environments and coordinating traffic movement effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Direct traffic at construction sites to ensure the safety of workers, pedestrians, and motorists
- Implement traffic control plans as per project requirements
- Coordinate with construction crews to maintain efficient traffic flow
- Set up and remove traffic control devices as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding traffic control needs
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Experience in traffic control or related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Certification in traffic control or flagging is a plus

- Driver license preferred.
