Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer jobs in Maryland
Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer repairs and maintains motorcycles. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being a Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Responsibilities – Porter:
- Greet and assist service customers
- Touch-up any areas still needing a wipe down
- Pick up and drop off bikes
- Wash motorcycles
- Assist with dealership maintenance duties
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements – Porter:
- Energetic and dependable with a good work ethic
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Motivated to succeed
- Motorcycle Endorsement Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
