Job Summary

We are seeking a Mortgage Pre-Closing Manager who will oversee the pre-closing compliance review and closing process of all Closing Coordinators.

These skills will be used to:

• Supervise all aspects of loan workflow for pre-closing compliance review and closing document preparation. Including preparing pre-closing disclosure, collecting, and reviewing all items required for closing, and preparing the closing package. Delivering the package through the e-sign software.
• Recruit, interview, and hire all new closing coordinators. Responsible for training all new associates. Perform all annual employee reviews and provide input on compensation and incentive compensation.
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
• Ensure all Closing Coordinators are provided with training material, reference tools, and other resources to maintain knowledge for managers and Associates of all relevant laws and guidelines. Keeps training manual current and reviews procedures for efficiency regularly. Ensure new associates are progressing through the training plan.
• Conduct regular meetings with Associates as applicable to review guidelines and procedure changes, deficiencies, and errors. Provide specific, consistent communication with Operations and Origination staff to identify issues with processes and determine the correct course of action.
• Review pipelines and turn times for all closing coordinators, re-balance workloads when necessary for employees due to volume, and conduct a monthly volume review to ensure that all workloads are appropriate. Review current loan officer volume and assignments coordinators, adjusting assignments annually at a minimum.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of leadership experience
• 3 years of Mortgage loan experience
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
