LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager for our client in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time direct hire role will be fully onsite.
The Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager will report to the CEO and will be responsible for overseeing all mortgage servicing operations, supervising a large team, coordinating audits, and assisting with strategic planning. This role requires 5-10 years of mortgage servicing experience. We are looking for an applicant with excellent communication and technology skills.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of mortgage servicing operations, including payment processing and home retention departments
· Supervise large staff, including 4 direct reports, and ensure department deadlines are met
· Manage mortgage servicing for agency investors and private real estate contract servicing
· Assist with strategic planning, including financial planning, product management and technology systems
· Coordinate audit requests and processes
· Maintain good relationships with vendors, managers, and the mortgage servicing team
· Keep up to date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of mortgage servicing oversight, or 10 years of experience
· Agency servicing experience required
· MSP software experience required (ICE/Black Knight preferred)
· Strong Word and Excel skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Advanced technology skills, including computer terminal/ person computer operation, and mainframe computer systems
· Through knowledge of compliance regulations and operational policies
