**Job Summary:**

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately to maintain a correct inventory.

- Money handling and be able to accurately count & disperse change

- Help maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers

- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

- Knowledge of tabletop games, Magic: The Gathering or Pokémon is beneficial
