Performs final closing calculations and coordinates the closing of loans and disbursement of loan funds. Additionally, Mortgage Closer ensures all documents are sent to appropriate departments and are in compliance with all regulations. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Mortgage Closer works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.
