In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $197,100.00 - $314,900.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Who you are At least 5 years of management experience, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing engineering teams. At least 5 years of experience building mobile applications, with a working knowledge of both Swift and Kotlin programming languages and expertise in one of the two. Passion for mentoring, growing the potential of others, and supporting direct reports. An iterative approach to software development combined with the commitment to ownership, moving fast and thinking big.
