Position Summary
The primary role is to support and source real estate acquisition opportunities which fulfill the company's production objectives by identifying prospective leads through internally prepared and proprietary primary market research, personal contacts (brokers, developers, bankers, builders, engineers, etc.) established company contacts, and landowners.
This position is based in OKC and intended to assist the company's current and future land development and lot acquisition activities. This individual will support and pursue the execution of systems, programs, and processes to ensure development budgets, underwriting, schedules, quality and adopted company standards. The company's goal is to aggressively grow community count in the entry level housing space.
