Shingles / Metal / TPO / EPDM

PAY RATE

25.00 per hour

37.50 per hour OT

Paid following Friday

JOB DESCRIPTION

All work is in the Shelby / Cutbank / Sunburst / Conrad / Chester area

Probation period - Remove roofing, clean up roofing, bring me shingles

After probation period – Same as above, but you will start installing

ACCOMODATIONS WHILE TRAVELING

I will pay your drive time and gas

You will receive 40.00 per day for food plus your motel is paid, decent motels, no dumps

LENGTH OF SEASON

Approx. April to December – Depending on cold weather

Will be laid off for the winter

REQUIREMENTS

Must have drivers license and own vehicle that’s reliable

Counting on others for transportation will not work

Will need a vehicle that makes it 100 miles one way

100% OF WORK IS ON THE ROAD, TRAVEL IS A MUST !!!

Weekly hours is 40. Overtime is offered but not required

Must be able to commit to 40 hours a week on the road

OPPORTUNITIES WITH THIS COMPANY

First season is probation. Second season you will enter installer apprentice program which will lead to sub contract position if interested, approximately 2,500 per week, or you can stay at hourly installer pay rate, approximately 25.00 per hour
