Merchant Card Customer Service Representative jobs in Washington

This is a Monday thru Friday position. 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Duties include:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Returning voicemails
• Scheduling routine septic maintenance and emergency calls
• Logistics skills desired
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multi-phone line system
• Electronic filing of documents
• Minimum typing speed of 45 words
• Heavy level of attention to detail (specifically to spelling and data input)
• Ability to learn Service Titan (scheduling software)

After 90 days of employment, health insurance is available.

We offer 10 days paid vacation, 5 days sick leave and 8 major holiday paid days.

Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
