The Exercise Planner provides technical support to the Marine Corps Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC) G-3 with the design, planning, preparations, coordination, synchronization, administrative actions, execution, analyses, and evaluation of joint, combined, and Service level exercises with the purpose to rehearse plan-based tasks and train operational commanders and staffs.
This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain your Top Secret/ SCI level clearance.
Overall objective of this support is to enable MARFORPAC and its subordinate commands to plan and conduct effective joint, combined, and Service level exercise in support of INDOPACOM, the Theater Joint Maritime Component Commander, and MARFORPAC objectives that contribute to increased operational readiness and the ability of assigned forces to conduct Theater, Naval, and Service campaigns.
Serco supports the Marine Corps as a prime for the MARFORPAC contract which supports Commander, Marine Corps Forces, Pacific to optimize facilitation of the G3 division in support of operations and exercise planning. This includes providing technical, analytical, and administrative support to accomplish this mission. The current Serco team, on two task orders, is 18 personnel assisting the MARFORPAC operations staff with its cross-functional staff efforts to include training and exercises across the INDOPACOM region with allies and partner nations.
