Position Details:

• Hours: 30 hours per week with flexible scheduling, including telehealth options.
• Compensation: Competitive split-fee arrangement, surpassing regional norms.

What You Will Do:

• Perform thorough assessments and provide insightful interpretations from intake evaluations and therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to assess and manage clients' overall well-being.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, employing various therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor and adjust interventions as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice in line with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:

• PhD or PsyD with current Virginia licensure.
• Strong clinical acumen with expertise in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
