The Membership Director is responsible for recruiting and retaining members of the Northeast Florida Builders Association. They are responsible for the marketing and sales of Membership services, the promotion of association benefits and events and the implementation of membership recruitment and retention programs. The Membership Director manages all member activity in support of recruitment and retention, develops programs and processes, and leads the volunteer Membership Committee with the Membership Chairperson. The Membership Director also acts as the Staff Liaison for the Associates Council.
