The Dietary / Food Services Supervisor maintains a safe, functional, physical environment for patients, employees and guests while providing guidance to associate team members and assisting the Dietary Manager with the administrative functions of the department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Responsible for the supervision of dietary personnel
2. Maintains effective communication with key management and physicians
3. Involved in planning projected operating and capital expenses; Responsible for maintaining and quality control of all dietary food, supplies and equipment

• Education/Experience: Two years' experience in a hospital or institutional kitchen
• Hours of Work: Determined by the Dietary Manager according to the needs of the facility / as needed
