The Credentialing Specialist is a full-time, (temporary role that may be subject to become permanent) salaried position. This position supports our healthcare recruiters by ensuring that the clinicians who work for our clients are properly trained, licensed, and certified to work.
Position Summary / Objective
The Onboarding Specialist role is responsible for ensuring that clinical candidates are properly licensed and certified to work and have completed all of their onboarding requirements to start their assignments. This includes closely reviewing documents for accuracy, expiration dates, completion of requirements, ordering background checks and drug screens, and interpreting their results. Ideal candidates will have thorough attention to detail, high level of accuracy in their work, and ablity to handle a high volume of tasks.
