The Administrative Assistant/Medical Records is responsible for managing and maintaining the health information system of the Southern Utah Veterans Home. This includes ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all patient health records, as well as overseeing the release of information to authorized parties. The Adminstrative Assistant/Medical Records also supervises the Health Information Technicians and provides training and support as needed.
