Media Relations Manager develops and implements policies and procedures for the relations between the media and the organization. Works to expand understanding of the organization's business, performance, and strategy. Being a Media Relations Manager prepares summaries of media activity for senior management. May serve as the company's spokesperson. Additionally, Media Relations Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. This role is 50% Human Resources and 50% Office Manager. Everything this person does must be done with a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion lens.
As Human Resources Manager, this role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the administrative functions of LMS. They oversee budget approvals, salaries and benefits, develop and implement policies related to departmental workflow, support the entire employee lifecycle, support recruitment efforts, improve employee relations, and ensure HR is following best practices.
As Office Manager, this role ensures that the office runs smoothly. It reports directly to the CEO and works on a team with the Administrative Assistant and Office Support Staff.
