Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our team. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and service on vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance and longevity. Responsibilities: - Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services on vehicles - Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or safety concerns - Complete basic automotive diagnostics to identify and address mechanical issues - Maintain accurate records of all services performed - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and offering product recommendations - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area Requirements: - Previous experience as a Service Technician or Lube Technician is preferred but not required - Familiarity with power tools and automotive service equipment - Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and physical tasks as required - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Basic knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures is a plus - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record We offer competitive pay based on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
