Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. The Meat Cutter will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and packaging meat products in accordance with food safety standards.

Duties:
- Cut, trim, and prepare cuts of meat according to specifications
- Package and label products for display and sale
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in organizing and stocking meat products

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to use knives and other cutting equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and precision in meat cutting
- Experience in a food production setting is preferred

Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team

Ability to lift heavy items and stand on your feet all day

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
