About the position: As a Materials Management Administrative Clerk, you will be performing a variety of clerical duties such as filing, compiling notes, assembling and mailing kits, coding and processing information into the database. Other administrative duties assigned.

Who you are: Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic and physically engaging work environment? We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Materials Handler. In this role, you will play a vital part in our daily operations by performing a variety of tasks that require active engagement, standing, and bending. As a Materials Handler of medical slides and kits, you will be performing a variety of duties such as preparing supplies, assembling, and mailing kits, and processing information into database. Other administrative duties assigned.

What you'll do:

• Sort and prepare incoming and outgoing slides
• File slides for multiple departments as per SOP
• Retrieve materials for internal and external requests as needed.
• Prepare older slides for archival storage off-site.
• Prepare kit supplies and maintain kits for shipping.
• Recycle kits daily for use in outgoing kits.
• Deliver or retrieve materials from off-site archival storage as assigned.
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned.
• Work as a backup to Materials Management Clerk - Kits Position
• Work as a backup to Materials Management Clerk - Slides Position

You should have:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 1 year of work experience.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in MS Teams, Office, Proficient Excel skills required.

Strong communication and number system skills required.

Other Requirements:

Driver's License
