Job Description:

Ready to Ship Cabinets Sales and Design Specialist We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Ready to Ship Cabinets Sales and Design Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional design services for our ready to ship cabinets. We will also provide you will great quality leads to work with on top of you posting on social media to drive traffic. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert design advice, and help them select the perfect cabinets for their projects.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide personalized design solutions for their cabinet needs.

- Showcase our ready to ship cabinets and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and pricing.

- Collaborate with customers to create detailed cabinet layouts and 3D renderings using design software.

- Provide accurate quotes and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. - Maintain a strong knowledge of our product offerings, including different cabinet styles, materials, and finishes.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases to ensure our customers have access to the latest designs.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer experience.

- Actively engage in networking and lead generation activities to expand our customer base. Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales and design, preferably in the cabinetry industry.

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to create accurate cabinet layouts and 3D renderings.

- Knowledge of cabinetry materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide creative solutions to customers' design challenges.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer demands and market trends.

- A passion for design and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend

Supplemental pay types:
